For eleven years we have done things the slow way on purpose: every part is prepped, coated and checked by a person, not sent down a conveyor line. Yes. We run regular contract work for industrial, agricultural and medical customers, and we also take on single parts, restoration projects and larger bespoke pieces for private customers. Every job goes through the same hands and the same checks, whatever the size.
Shot blasting uses harder media at high speed to strip rust, scale and old coatings back to bare metal, which is what most parts need before powder coating. Bead blasting uses fine glass bead for a gentler clean that leaves a smooth satin finish, so it suits softer metals, alloys and parts where you want the surface kept crisp.
Powder coating cures into a tougher, more chip resistant finish than most wet paints. Unlike solvent-based paint it gives off no harmful solvents or airborne pollutants, which is better for the environment and for the people doing the work. Our booth also runs a waterfall filtration system that pulls the air through a curtain of moving water, so loose powder is caught rather than released.
No. Getting the part back to clean metal is part of the job. Shot blasting breaks down and removes old paint, rust and scale, and gives the surface the right texture for the coating to grip, because a finish is only as good as the surface under it.
We offer a wide range of colours and finishes. If you already have a RAL code or a sample of the colour you want, send it over when you ask for a quote and we will tell you what we can do.
Cerakote is a thin-film ceramic coating that handles high temperatures and wear. It goes on much thinner than powder coat, so it suits exhausts, engine parts and anything where tight tolerances matter.
Yes. Wheels are stripped back, prepped and powder coated in the colour you choose. Vapour blasting is also an option for alloy parts where you want a bright, smooth finish without a coating.
